Notice is hereby given that in accordance
with a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale
dated April 5, 2019, which judgment
was entered on April 18, 2019 by the
Maine District Court, District Thirteen,
Location: Dover-Foxcroft, Piscataquis
County, Maine, in the case of Maine State
Housing Authority v. Michael A. Leavitt,
Personal Representative of the Estate of
John A. Leavitt, et al., Docket No. DOVRE-
2018-24, and wherein the Court adjudged a foreclosure of a Mortgage
Deed granted by John A. Leavitt to Bangor Savings Bank dated December 29,
2000, and recorded in the Piscataquis County Registry of Deeds in Book 1292,
Page 313, the Mortgage Deed having been assigned to Maine State Housing
Authority by instrument dated February 15, 2001, and recorded in said Registry
in Book 1299, Page 210, the period of redemption from said judgment having
expired, a public sale will be conducted on November 20, 2019, commencing
at 8:30 a.m. at 796 Bangor Road, Dover-Foxcroft, Maine. Reference should be
had to the Mortgage Deed for a more complete legal description of the property
to be conveyed. Real Estate: Consists of a 1+/- acre parcel with 210+/- ft. of
road frontage. Improving the site is a circa 1973 ranch style home (864+/-SF)
designed with 5-rooms including 3-bedroom, 1-bath, kitchen/dining area, living
room, and a full basement. Other features include a detached 2-car garage, shed,
