Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Stipulated Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered October 16, 2017 in the action entitled U.S. Bank National Association v. John F. Neal et al., by the Maine District Court, Division of Dover-Foxcroft, Docket No. RE-17- 33,
wherein the Court adjudged the foreclosure of a mortgage granted by John F. Neal to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., its successors and/or assigns dated May 21, 2008 and recorded in the
Piscataquis County Registry of Deeds in Book 1923, Page 188, should the period of redemption have expired without redemption of the property by the mortgagor(s), a public sale of the
property described in the mortgage will be conducted on December 20, 2017 commencing at 11:00 a.m. at Office of Shechtman Halperin Savage LLP, 190 U.S. Route One, 2 nd Floor-Rear,
Falmouth, Maine
The property is located at 7 N. Wiggin Street, Greenville, Piscataquis County, Maine, reference as described in said mortgage.
The sale will be by public auction. All bidders for the property will be required to make a deposit of $5,000.00 in cash, certified or bank check at the time of the public sale made payable to Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP, which deposit is non-refundable as to the highest bidder.
