Community Health and Counseling Services (CHCS) is thrilled to announce the launch of our new Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program! We will be providing comprehensive, integrated mental health and substance use treatment services at our Bangor, Dover, Lincoln, and Ellsworth offices.
What is a CCBHC? A Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) is designed to provide a comprehensive range of mental health and substance use services. Our goal is to improve access to high-quality care, enhance coordination of services, and ensure that individuals receive the support they need to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Join Our Team! As we expand our services, we are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team in the following positions: These positions will work Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm on site.
Clinical Site Supervisor - Full-time in Dover Foxcroft & Ellsworth
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Clinical Supervisor to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). The ideal candidate will hold an independent clinical licensure and be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the CCBHC, providing direct services, and overseeing the team at the site. Will also provide clinical services to clients, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Maintain a caseload as required. Will also supervise and support the clinical and administrative staff. Conduct regular team meetings, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure effective communication within the team. Must be fully licensed in State of Maine with LCSW or LCPC and have 5 years of clinical exp. in a behavioral health setting. Previous supervisor exp. also needed. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Care Coordinators - Full-time in Dover Foxcroft/Lincoln and Bangor
Will be responsible for managing and coordinating comprehensive care for clients within the CCBHC framework. This role involves working collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure clients receive the necessary services and support to improve their health outcomes and quality of life. The care coordinator provides outreach and advocacy services to persons entering the CCBHC. A Bachelor s degree in a human service- related discipline and a minimum of three years of experience in working with consumers in a community-based setting; three years' experience as a case manager/coordinator is preferred, MHRT-C Certification or ability to be certified.
